Although the source code speaks for itself, the script leverages Plink (the non-interactive extension of PuTTY) and runs commands against the Cisco equipment. The script will default to "show running-config" but can be expanded to whatever commands you would like. In addition to the "show running-config" backup, we also keep logs of the "show interface status", "show ip arp", and "show mac address-table" of our switches.
